AZ Partner Agreement Form

Partner: An Awkwardly Zen Member who has a metaphysical business that supports Awkwardly
Zen and in turn Awkwardly Zen supports them on the website.

AZ Special Event: An event hosted, moderated & promoted on the Awkwardly Zen groups and website.

AZ Partner Event: An event run on a non Awkwardly Zen platform/group but promoted through AZ
groups and website.

1. Partner agrees to promote Awkwardly Zen and its events in a positive manner during the
partnership term.

2. Partnership may be terminated at any time by either party. If you would like to be
removed as a partner please email ari@8528abb17110316798.temporary.link

3. Partner agrees to teach, moderate, or conduct at least one Awkwardly Zen event every
three months.

4. Partner agrees to participate in the Awkwardly Zen Online Community to the best of their
ability.

5. Partner agrees to participate in an Awkwardly Zen Event at least once a month that they
are not conducting.

6. Partner agrees to not represent themselves as Awkwardly Zen Staff unless officially
hired by Awkwardly Zen.

7. Partner understands that is their responsibility to inform Awkwardly Zen to any changes
in their contact information or bio.

8. When conducting an Awkwardly Zen Event (Zen Zoom, Special Event, Deep Dive, Open
Forum), the Partner agrees to follow AZ rules and guidelines.

9. When conducting a Partner Event (a cross-promoted event) for Awkwardly Zen the
Partner agrees to run the event under the Awkwardly Zen guidelines unless previously
agreed upon by both parties or the Partner agrees to announce that the event is not
Awkwardly Zen run (Example: “Hi all! We know we have a lot of Awkwardly Zen friends
here but we want to clarify that this is a [your name] event so we won’t be running under quite
the same guidelines or style”.)

1. Love & Light Please! There is no right or wrong here in Awkwardly Zen. You can disagree with someone but please hold space for them to have their point of view. The spiritual path is vast. Please keep in mind that we’re all in different places so be gentle.

2. Keep it safe. Let’s tread lightly with anything too sexual, violent, controversial, or political.

3. The views of our speakers and other AZ members may not be the views of AZ itself.

4. You are responsible for your own experience here. Please do your own research before trying anything recommended. If something doesn’t resonate with you please leave it behind or remember that you can always step away from the conversation. We get it.

5. We are not therapists, doctors, or medical professionals and we cannot cure, diagnose, or provide any sort of actual medical recommendations. Please see a medical provider or mental healthcare professional if you need one.

6. Our groups have been designed to cover a large variety of interests. Please stay on topic within the group.

Agreement Terms: AZ Events are very unique, and one-of-a-kind events that may be recorded and distributed on our website as a free download. By participating in events presented by Awkwardly Zen, LLC., you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on web sites, or for any other purpose(s) that AwkwardlyZen, LLC, its vendors, partners, affiliates and/or representatives deem fit to use. You release each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video, and/or sound recordings. You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release of any associated materials.
