What's Included in the Practitioner Fee: The practitioner fee includes marketing and printed materials, such as practitioner signage and signup sheets. You will also have access to the art installation at the venue during the event.

Reader Table Rentals: Reader table rentals will be available for an additional $10 fee, in the main spaces only. Readers who choose the Night Owl Hallway, your tables are provided (venue tables must be used in this space. No personal tables.) If you are in the main hall, you may bring your own table, but please note it must be a card table size (no larger than 3.5x3.5 or 2x4) to comply with fire code and ensure clear walkways—no exceptions. Vendors table rentals will be 6ft tables.

Electricity Availability: Please note that electricity is limited and will only be provided to practitioners whose services require it, such as Aura Photography. If you rely on electricity for your setup, please let us know in advance so we can do our best to accommodate your needs.

Attendance Requirements: To ensure a seamless and successful event, we require all practitioners to remain for the entire duration of the fair. This includes being fully set up and ready to go 30 minutes prior to the start time and refraining from breaking down or leaving your space until the designated end time. If you arrive late, or leave early without notifying a member of the lead team, you may not be invited back to future events.

Marketing Expectations: A successful fair relies on everyone helping to spread the word. We’ll provide the graphics you need, but it is your agreement that you will share them on social media and in your networks as part of your commitment to the fair. The more we all promote, the more attendees we bring in, benefiting everyone involved. In addition to your personal marketing, Awkwardly Zen will be paying for online marketing.

Application Acceptance: In most cases, once payment is received, your application is approved. However, in the rare instance that an application is not approved, all monies will be promptly returned.

No Refunds: We have a no refund policy. Please be sure you can commit to being present before submitting your application. If something unforeseen comes up and you are unable to attend, please contact support@awkwardlyzen.com as soon as possible.

Vetting Policy: All practitioners and vendors at Awkwardly Zen fairs commit to be vetted by an official representative of Awkwardly Zen. If you are not an AZ partner or have not participated in a fair with AZ before you will be contacted to schedule your vetting. Should the vetting be unsuccessful your fee will be refunded.

Awkwardly Zen 11·11 Metaphysical Fair – Space Options

There will be an evening event in the same space on Saturday night, so readers and healers may need to take down their spaces overnight; storage will be provided for their materials, while vendors will be able to remain fully set up for the entire weekend.

- Vendors only have a two-day option.
- Readers and healers may choose a one-day or two-day spot.
  - One-day spaces are limited to maintain consistency for guests, floor plan coordination, and marketing.

Reader Spaces

- Night Owl Hallway
  - Condensed reader area with a 2×2 table provided.
  - Available only to two-day readers.
- Main Floor Reader Spaces
  - Larger spaces mixed with vendors and healers.

Healer Spaces

- Located throughout the venue.

Vendor Spaces (two-day only)

- Standard Vendor Spots
  - Scattered throughout the fair.
  - Open for the entire fair but not for the Saturday evening event.
- Premium Vendor Spots (The Woods)
  - Located in the largest room.
  - Premium access to the attendees of Saturday night’s Travis Holp Mediumship Event with up to 150 guests.
  - Includes two staff passes to stay at your table during the Travis Holp Mediumship event.
- Vendor Overnight Setup
  - All vendors may keep their setups in place all weekend.
  - Venue will be locked overnight but table coverings recommended for protection.
