Hello Beautiful Soul!

My name is Shaina and I am a certified Psychosynthesis Life Coach (PLC) and I help guide clients to reach a deeper understanding of their true Self. I serve spiritually aligned individuals who have lost touch with their identity in rediscovering and clarifying their soul’s purpose.

This process involves transforming limiting beliefs to empower them to activate their Will. In addition to one-on-one coaching, I am passionate about engaging in various types of group work, primarily through facilitating mediations and providing Psychosynthesis based workshops. I believes that collective experiences can enhance personal growth and foster connections among individuals on similar journeys.
