Hi! I’m Jamie and I am a level 2 Reiki practitioner. I offer online 15, 20, 30 minute sessions for humans and/or animals. As an AuDHD person I know sitting quietly for a Reiki session may not be relaxing or healing and encourage you to participate in the session however feels comfortable for you such as walking, pacing, doing artwork, etc. I will provide an overview of what to expect in our session before we get started and will let you know when we have about 5 minutes left. I can explain what I’m doing and which area of the body I’m being called to or you can request a silent session.

I am a certified life coach (life coach institute) and have over 10 years experience coaching college students and neurodivergent adults. I’d love to assist you in setting reasonable, achievable goals by incorporating spiritual elements in our work together.
