The Shadow Was Me All Along: My Journey with Dark Energy

Light energy doesn’t automatically mean “good,” and dark energy doesn’t automatically mean “bad.” These energies don’t carry agendas—only the meanings we project into them.

I’ll be sharing stories about how my Spirit Guide helped me understand this universal truth, and how it shifted my perspective. As a child, I often saw dark entities and feared them, not realizing they were actually reflections of my own inner fears and the lack of love I had for myself.

Once I recognized this, I was able to see how they were unintentionally helping me heal, which diminished their power over me—and I eventually learned to help them cross over to spirit so they could be healed & returned back home.
