Brandy Benton, MSOD is a Somatic and Intuitive Coach & Educator who helps sensitive, intuitive people regulate stress, work with anxiety, and feel safer and more confident in their bodies. Her work blends practical nervous system tools with somatic and subtle body practices to support grounded intuition and emotional resilience.
Brandy holds a Master of Science in Organization Development and has over a decade of experience in facilitation, training, and coaching. She has guided hundreds of individuals in learning how to regulate their emotions, reconnect with their bodies, and build self-trust in the midst of life’s uncertainty.
