You asked and we heard you! We are finally taking our Metaphysical Fairs online, and we could not be more excited to launch this new adventure with you. So many of you have shared how hard it is to make it to Denver for in person events, and we have been working diligently to bring the Awkwardly Zen fair experience right to you. It is officially happening, and we cannot wait to share it!

This first online fair is also a special fundraiser that will help power the heart of our community. It is a chance to come together, lift each other up, and support the classes, connection, and spiritual spaces that make Awkwardly Zen so special.

Readers and practitioners, this is your moment to shine! There is a small participation fee, and 20 percent of each session will be donated directly to Awkwardly Zen. Our community loves giving back in this way, and we love that our partners earn money at the same time. It is a beautiful circle of support that helps keep our mission alive and our community thriving.

We also want you to know that we are planning a midsize in person fair in Denver on January 3 with the same event title. We are finalizing a few details now, so keep an eye out for more information coming soon.

This online opportunity is only available to Awkwardly Zen Partners, and participation is completely up to you. The fair will take place on January 11 (1/11) from 10 am Mountain time to 5 pm Mountain time. If you choose to join us, we will work with you to connect your personal Zoom account to our booking site, which will allow you to block off any break times you wish. Clients will be able to book with you directly on the Awkwardly Zen website starting two weeks before the event, and we will be marketing the fair to the Awkwardly Zen community as well as through social media.

You MUST attend one of the following onboarding sessions to connect your Zoom to our booking page:
Wednesday Dec. 17th – 11am PT/ 12pm MT/ 1pm CT/ 2pm ET
Saturday Dec. 20th – 9am PT/ 10am MT/ 11am CT/ 12pm ET
Monday Dec. 22nd – 5:30pm PT/ 6:30pm MT/ 7:30pm CT/ 8:30pm ET

There will also be an online speaker series happening during the event, and we will be promoting any practitioners who still have openings throughout the day.

What's Included in the Practitioner Fee: The practitioner fee covers online marketing and the technology needed to run the fair.

Attendance Requirements: To ensure a seamless and successful event, we require all practitioners to remain online and available for sessions for the entire duration of the fair. This includes being online, on camera and ready to go 5 minutes prior to the start time. You will have the ability to mark off your calendar for breaks. If you miss your scheduled readings, you may not be invited back to future events. Missing scheduled readings will also incur a processing fee to refund your scheduled client.

Technology Requirements: Please do everything possible to ensure you have a strong and reliable internet connection for the fair. If a technological issue occurs on your end, the expectation is that you will reschedule the client’s reading for a later date.

Marketing Expectations: A successful fair relies on everyone helping to spread the word. We’ll provide the graphics you need, but it is your agreement that you will share them on social media and in your networks as part of your commitment to the fair. The more we all promote, the more attendees we bring in, benefiting everyone involved. In addition to your personal marketing, Awkwardly Zen will be paying for online marketing.

No Refunds: We have a no refund policy. Please be sure you can commit to being present before submitting your application. If something unforeseen comes up and you are unable to attend, please contact support@awkwardlyzen.com as soon as possible. If you cancel after bookings have opened, you will be responsible for covering any fees Awkwardly Zen incurs when refunding your scheduled readings. These fees must be paid within one week of the fair date.

Payout Details: All funds will be processed through Awkwardly Zen, and payments to participating practitioners will be sent via PayPal or Venmo within one business week after the fair is complete. Payments made by check may take longer to process.
Please note that Awkwardly Zen will retain 20 percent of all session fees to cover event expenses, processing costs, and the fundraising purpose of this fair. Practitioners are responsible for providing accurate PayPal, Venmo, or mailing information. Awkwardly Zen is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect usernames or addresses, so please double check your details before submitting.

IMPORTANT - Onboarding Requirements: To get you fully set up in our scheduling system, all practitioners must attend a 1-hour onboarding session.
