We are so excited that you would like to host your event with Awkwardly Zen!

Below are some brief questions regarding the type of event you are presenting as well as an area to tell us a bit about the event and yourself.

Please keep in mind that how you describe your event will be how we promote it so please make sure all the details needed are included.

Type of event to be hosted?

Special Event: A FREE event for all AZ Members that AZ organizes, runs, and promotes.

Partner Event: A FREE event that you are creating and hosting on your platform. AZ will help promote it and offer moderator support but you are responsible for all links and the main moderation.

Premier Event: A PAID event for all AZ Members that AZ organizes, runs, and promotes. AZ will take payment and 20% of sales. You will receive the rest.

Premier Partner Event: A PAID event that you are creating and hosting on your platform. AZ will help promote it and offer moderator support but you are responsible for all links and the main moderation. Someone from the AZ Lead Team will be in touch to discuss financial agreements.

Membership Event: An event only for our paid membership - great for practicing new modalities or new class ideas. A wonderful way to help support AZ.

Event Title (55 character limit - If title is longer please adapt and add the entire title to the top of your event description.)

Length of Event - Most AZ events are 90 minutes in length

Agreement Terms: AZ Events are very unique, and one-of-a-kind events that may be recorded and distributed on our website as a free download. By participating in events presented by Awkwardly Zen, LLC., you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on web sites, or for any other purpose(s) that AwkwardlyZen, LLC, its vendors, partners, affiliates and/or representatives deem fit to use. You release each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video, and/or sound recordings. You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release of any associated materials.
