Hello!

My name is Megan, and I am a Breathwork/Meditation coach and facilitator, Birthworker, and Reiki practitioner. I am so happy to be here!

It was through my own healing and spiritual journey that I discovered how powerful breathwork and meditation can be for healing and connecting to our higher self. These modalities can transport us not only to the present, but can be potent tools to uncover parts of ourselves that are not in the immediate 3D.

Additionally, I work with women to find their power within themselves and their womb. I specialize in conception, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum and offer a wide range of containers for sacred mothers. I love facilitating ceremonies such as Blessing of the Mother, Closing of the Bones, and First Moon. My motto is “I am not your guru”, and I help women become their own guru during the most sacred times in life.
