We are absolutely thrilled to invite you to be a part of this year’s The Divine Time Fair, hosted by Awkwardly Zen. This magical event celebrates connection, growth, and the unique gifts of our practitioners. We can’t wait for you to join us and share your energy and talents with our vibrant community!

Here are the event details:

Date & Time:  Saturday, July 26th: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Location: Unity Temple on the Plaza, 707 W. 47th St. (47th & Jefferson) Kansas City, MO 64112

To ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for attendees, we kindly ask all participants to be completely set up and ready to go by 9:30 AM. We truly appreciate your cooperation in helping us create an unforgettable event!

 

Please take a moment to carefully read through the application form and all the details provided. This will ensure that everything is clear and we can work together to make this fair a success for everyone involved.

All practitioners and vendors at an Awkwardly Zen event must be vetted by the AZ lead team. If you have never participated in an Awkwardly Zen fair before, please watch your email for information on scheduling your vetting session.

If you are intersted in a Vendor Space (metaphysical goods) please send an email to support@awkwardlyzen.com  describing your booth setup and what you sell. Please do not fill out this form if you are a Vendor only.

All readings must align with our pricing structure below, please keep in mind your signup sheet will have a 5 min buffer time between readings. Please select one that works best for you.


Important Information - Please Read Before Submitting Your Payment & Form

 

What's Included in the Practitioner Fee: The practitioner fee includes marketing and printed materials, such as practitioner signage and signup sheets. 

Reader Table Rentals: Reader table rentals will be available for an additional $10 fee. If you prefer, you may bring your own table, but please note it must be a card table size (no larger than 3x3 or 2x4) to comply with fire code and ensure clear walkways—no exceptions.

Electricity Availability: Please note that electricity is limited and will only be provided to practitioners whose services require it, such as Aura Photography. If you rely on electricity for your setup, please let us know in advance so we can do our best to accommodate your needs.

Attendance Requirements: To ensure a seamless and successful event, we kindly request all practitioners to remain for the entire duration of the fair. This includes being fully set up and ready to go 30 minutes prior to the start time and refraining from breaking down or leaving your space until the designated end time.

Marketing Expectations: A successful fair relies on everyone helping to spread the word. We’ll provide the graphics you need, but please plan on sharing them on social media and in your networks as part of your commitment to the fair. The more we all promote, the more attendees we bring in, benefiting everyone involved.

In most cases, once payment is received, your application is approved. However, in the rare instance that an application is not approved, all monies will be promptly returned.
