While our number one focus at Awkwardly Zen is to create a safe place for your spiritual path, we also LOVE supporting our trusted partners. Below is a list of our current friends and a little about what they do. Meet our partners by clicking on their images below. Please let them know that Awkwardly Zen sent you if you connect with them.
I am a writer, an intuitive artist, and a facilitator of creative transmutation. I have been practicing process art for over 25 years and throughout that time, have gathered creative tools that helped me to remain grounded during some of the toughest transitions of my life. I found using these tools to be a gentle way to honor and transmute things like grief, anger, fear, and stuck energy, creating more room for the sacred Self to shine. I have been facilitating creative transformation in others for the past 10+ years and I’ve learned that this process MOVES things!
In a class or private session, I call on Source and my guides to create a safe space and unique experience for us. I use the creative process and my intuition to gently facilitate and clear what is feeling stuck, using guided meditation/body scans, writing prompts, scribbling, and movement.
NO ART EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED because it’s about moving energy.
I am not afraid of the hard stuff and I am here to support and guide you as you transition from who you are now to who you are becoming. Working right beside you, I provide creative tools and gentle facilitation for shifting hard or stuck energy living in your body, making room for your True Self to emerge.
I am grateful to be a part of the AZ Community, to have opportunities to learn and share with other practitioners and spiritual travelers.
I have a background in IT, website design, graphic design. I am a moderator for AZ, an Authentic Relating Facilitator in training, a Reiki practitioner, podcaster, an artist and musician who values creative process as a tool for personal and spiritual development. In 2018, I had an awakening experience that led to many shifts and a strong desire to be in community, both to seek support and to offer what I can to those who are navigating similar shifts.
